Took a stroll up Moore st. on Saturday, has anyone tried the really cheap Chinese restaurants there? They remind me of Vietnam, cheap plastic seats, awful decor, friendly faces and terrible music.

I believe he Food Safety guidelines are very restrictive for ethnic cooking, these guys have been cooking like this for years. I have travelled a good bit and been shocked at how some people cook. I have had a few "bouts" however!:o
