Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

That doesnt mean he has to speak afterwards. Maybe he just likes to talk about decisions he made.

BBC and Sky have had refs on after games in the past but it is entirely their own decision.

Because its their job, they are paid to make the correct decisions, and before you go on about players making mistakes in games so its acceptable for refs to be equally as wreckless, refs are not competing with anyone so the two roles dont relate.
And in the majority, they do make correct decisions.

I don't ever remember seeing a referee act in what I would term a "reckless" manner. In fact I'd say the last thing a referee ever wants is to be the talking point after a game. That's not to say it doesn't happen.
Its obvious you have a big problem with Sky and todays game, i never said anything about putting a ref in front of Sky.
We are not all hungry media whores, you should loosen your collar a bit

    I don't. I'm a Premiership fan and a Sky subscriber.

I just don't think referees should have to go in front of the camera like you do (as suggested in your poll) after a game to explain decisions. If they want to (which has happened as Bucks73 said) go for it, and if teams want clarifications on decisions they should be allowed to get them, but this also happens (i.e. Mourinho this weekend).

Graham Poll in the World Cup anybody?

There was a funny clip on MOTD2 after the Chelsea game. It showed Graham Poll giving John Terry a second Yellow then a Red and then another Yellow. He was actually only showing Terry the way off with the hand htat was holding the Yellow card but it looked like the World Cup all over. :D
