No clue what program to use

    Sorry mods i didnt know where to post this - move as appropriate.

    Ok lads I got my first assignment for a placement company im working for and im pretty clueless. They want me to create an online presentation to show a piece of software they developed in a webpage. This will include a small movie showing the general navigation and procedures involved in the program. What program could i use to record myself using the companies program and which to edit it - adding text etc to the vid?

    It has to be ready for thursday so i really need to get it sorted!!! Any advice gladly welcome
