I have an Eircom BB connection for some time now.
    Netopia wireless router.
Belkin wireless PCI adapter (Thinks I'm in the US) attached to ancient PC.
On looking through the Belkin Wireless Utility, I find that I have just gained another network, just labelled ZyXEL.
Does this just mean that someone nearby has a BT connection?
Must check my laptop which has an inbuilt wireless adapter to see if the same thing is there.
    Any security issues?

Yes, there would be another wireless network operating within range.
