Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey guys.

I was bored last yesterday and decided to learn how to use RDC. I got it working over my network, I used my other computer on the network in my house and could bring up my computer on his. But I want to get it to work everywhere. Like back home and at friends house's etc.

This is the article I found which helped me out.

    http://www.jakeludington.com/ask_jake/20051122_how_to_use_remote_desktop_connection_rdc.html

I did everything on it, cept for the Description type were it says to put it to RDC and my router have about 8 different options but not RDC. I just left it at its default which was DNS

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Cheers,
    Tom

You just need to forward the ports on your router to your pc. It's easy to do it. Just google your router.
