Salt and Chili Chicken Wings ?

    Have been looking for a good recipe for this myself. The only answers I have come up with so far is that marinating the wings overnight with white pepper and salt comes close. I think the chili element is only added when finishing off in a pan/wok.

    Coat with corn flour, salt and freshly grounded black pepper.
    Deep fry until cooked.
    It's the cornflour that gives it a crispy coat.
