    Tom Waits has a new album out n Nov 20th

    Orphans: Brawlers, Bawlers and Bastards

    Hopefully he decides to do a tour and come to Ireland!!

    I heard he does secret gigs over here, but thats just a rumour!!

    If only....Dont think he has played here in about twenty years :-(

    New album looks good - three CDs though - one of "ballads", one of rockier stuff and one of the mad stuff. That is a hell of a lot of Tom to get through!

    Strange, just started listening to Nighthawks before I saw this thread. Tom lives in our subconscious.

    I heard it's an expensive album, is it worth getting?

    Tom hasn't played here since 1987, when to my eternal regret I decided I couldn't afford to go (was a poor student then, in the days when students really were poor!)
