I want to find out how much gas that the standard normal boiler uses in an hour so that i can calculate how much it costs to run the boiler for the hour.

On the bill it gives units and Kwhs used. How many Kwhs does a boiler use in an hour??

That's like asking how much petrol a 'standard' car uses per hour.
Depends on what model it is and how it's being used.
There's no such thing as a standard boiler, and how much gas a particular boiler will use depends on weather, draughts, room thermostat setting, boiler thermostat setting, radiator valve settings, etc. etc. Even who's at home, people's comfort levels vary...
Also if you only use the heating for a couple of hours each day, it will have to work harder for those hours in order to heat up the cold house. If the heating is left on for a longer time it will be cycling on and off to maintain the temperature, so the amount of gas used might not be very much higher, especially if your home is well insulated.

    I'm partial to your abracadabra,

I'm raptured by the joy of it all.
