    Had to get this done quick as gym was closing (I came in late). Basically, I don't feel too good. I'm getting some stomach cramps a bit because of creatine. I started loading up there a few days ago on this reflex creatine/glutamine combo. Now it tastes nice and seems to be working already (I feel slightly more volumised and my workout seemed slightly easier) but the most annoying thing is acne. I don't normally get bad breakouts anymore but this always happen when I load up on creatine. I've decided to cut it tonight right now because after only 4 days of loading I flared up today. It's not that bad but I don't need that ****. Going in the bin, unless somebody wants it :p

    NO CREATINE!!!! ITS BAD UMMKAY!!!

    Very clumsy lifting with the last two sets in shoulder press. Drank a lot thurs, fri and saturday and got rag week coming next Monday. Have soooo much to do at college as well or I'm heading towards failing again unless I get some lab reports and such in. HATE IT!!!! Won't have much time to be training me thinks for next few weeks. Oh, well....

    Basically, these weights seem way too heavy. When I train in Galway city gym I can bench 5kg more than at home. It's weird. My plates might be off or something.

    I was pretty shattered after this session, it's the first time I tried doing squats and bench on same day and it worked out okay.
    I've 6 weeks left before I head to America. I have to gain that strength and size and stop talking about it because I know I'm going to lose strength and size after a month of drinking in the states. Let's get it on!

    It's a 7kg bar I believe, all the EZ curl bars are about that - 15lbs or so. I used to curl more but these days I'm going for more reps and sets to blast my bi's after those chins and rows!
