    Anybody any ideas for the best value most luxurious 5 Star Hotel in Dublin Centre - Merrion perhaps or Raddison in Stillorgan??

    Raddison in Stillorgan is only 4 star AFAIK

    Wow Gooner,I hadnt seen that one before-It's very new and now on my to do list.

    Must try it.

    My favourite in Dublin is the Westin,its very nice and very central.

    I've stayed in the westbury and the merrion,the former is a bit more dated but both are nice.

    although it's dated, Jury's in Ballsbridge is my favourite place in town. very nice atmosphere and very comfortable without being "Stuffy".

    I don't know how many stars it is but I love Bewely's in Ballsbridge

    I cleaned the carpets in all the best hotels and the clarence was always my favourite.

    i live about 200 yards from there and i've never noticed it before. I actually walked down easmoreland place today and didn't notice it:eek:
