BT BB usage check

I haven't been able to get any reading form the BT usage check for about three weeks now. Log on ok, but no readings. Anyone else having the same problem?

Apparently this just happens sometimes (for individual users). Give tech support a buzz (or send an email seeing as there's nothing to do on your side) and they can have it updated and fixed.
