Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone knows what the story is with affordable housing thresholds, criteria for application etc.. I'm currently a joint owner of a house which i bought with a friend two years ago. The house is in Wicklow and I'm planning to sell up and move back to Dublin very shortly. I'm currently earning around 48k per annum so I'm not sure if I can qualify for the scheme or not. The Banks will only give me a mortgage for around 230k, which doesn't help much if your trying to get a place in Dublin!
