Phone Companies - the cheapest?

Hi All, Have had it up to here with Eircom, their customer internet support never ceases to amaze me. It is brutal. Have decided to switch, but which company is best/cheapest for calls and internet? Not lucky to be in a broadband area so still on dial-up. Thanks.
