    anyone here know where i could download a copy of win xp checked build?
    i know its available to msdn subscribers, obviously i don't subscribe.

    its only available to msdn subscribers.
    an OS only sub isnt that expensive

    Thats the SP1A checked build of the Service Pack

    As for the checked build of Windows XP , i think its on the Universal anyways.. I would check with our guys here but they are all at Tech Ed

    thats a checked build of the service pack.
    ive checked and there is no checked build of xp on msdn.

    teched was over a few days ago...
    maybe you should give your guys a call ;)

    Tech Ed is split this year over 2 weeks, week 1 for Devs week 2 for Admins, deves are back Admins just went :)

    I am fairly sure i have a debug build of Windows XP here somewhere god only knows why

    ahha, so it is,
    ours are back already so thought you might have some MIA's :)

    im sure a checked build was, and could be again, made availble to msdn,
    its just not right now.

    well, thanks for trying anyways, subway.
    ginger, i got the service packs, OSR Online said there was checked build of xp (called "gold", unless thats sarcasm) that msdn subscribers could download, but there was no link for it.
    Go to msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions. Click subscriber downloads and log in when prompted. You should now see the download directory in the left pane. Select Platforms, Windows XP Professional, English. There you'll find Windows XP Professional, Checked/Debug ISO CD Image (English).
