Complete and utter horse sh.it. The more games you place in an accumulator, the greater chance you have of losing. Its bets like these which make Paddy Power and every other bookie very, very rich.

Yeah you caught me out, I never saw any high accumulations win. I made up this lie to justify my uncertainty. Please don't tell Paddy Power, because they paid me €10K on a 6er in November and another €6K on a 4er last weekend

I bet the following is also horse sh.it.

    http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/football/display.var.1102876.0.macc_lads_have_1m_chelsea_incentive.php

"In 1995, an anonymous woman from Nottingham secured odds of well over 3,000,000/1 when her bet of 5p on an accumulator came in paying out at £153,644.40.

A 51-year-old hotel worker became the biggest ever betting shop winner when he bagged a staggering £878,939 on the totesport Scoop6 for a 4 pound stake."

    God, its endless:

    1. If Paddypower paid you ten grand on a sixer back in November and then a subsequent 6 grand on a four team accumulator last weekend perhaps you could post these bets beforehand to let us all be winners. Thing is, you can't. Because, like every gamblor its great to tell people when you have won. Care to tell us about about how many €200 accumulators you have lost over the last few years. Nah, didn't think so.

    2. For all we know you stuck €5000 on four teams priced at 1/4 to win the ten grand. Tricky way to double your money. Biggest bet I make is €100. Finished nine grand up last year.

    3. You previously stated that you had €200 on a ten team accumulator to win. This lost. I presume this happens a lot when betting on accumulators for you.

    4. Your 57,0000 -1 selection above shows that you are talking ****. Tell you what, give that tenner to charity. Think they could make better use of it rather than just handing it over to a bookie.

And as for the lady who won big with her massive accumulator, good luck to her. Like I said before, people get lucky and win the lotto. That type of result is pure luck rather than reasoned betting.

This is gambling, where the aim of the game is to outwit the bookie who happily take in the cash from most punters who see "Henry to score first, Arsenal to win 3-1 and Wenger to snog Pardew - 1,000,000/1" as value.

You've got a choice, you can either be a mug take the 100,000,000/1 odds and hope for the best. Or else, you can start with a bankroll, be sensible and bet properly.

I'll keep checking back regarding your four team accumulators where we can all win six grand. Really looking forward to it.

Jaysus what are you, my wife LOL You're correct I don't post all my bets that lose, the same way I don't post all my bets that win. Like all responible gamblers I bet what I can afford. I might put a hundred or so on long shots, so what, I enjoy the excitement. If I lose, I lose, tough sh!t. ;)

PS : I gave Tush 4 tips for his 10 in a row, guess what all 4 teams won ;) If you had put €4k on these teams you would have won €10k LOL

Acca's like these are the main reason that bookies make money - why do you think they get as much publicity as possible for every big acca that comes in?
Logically speaking, a bookie bets to about 110% (if you're lucky) on every game, meaning they are effectively giving 10% worse odds than the true odds, obviously, for every selection you add, it multiplies the lack of value you're getting.
    For example:
I have 10 selections at EV money, the true odds are 11/10.
If I choose 3 selections: the bookie gives me 7/1, the true odds are 8.26/1,
if I choose 6 selections: the bookie gives me 63/1, the true odds are 85.77/1 and if I choose 10 selections: the bookie gives me 1023/1, whilst the true odds are 1667/1.
Now they're fine for a lottery style punt, but if you want to make money from gambling, bet on singles (or have some damn good info).

arsenal off to a nice 2-0 lead already !! and celtic 1-0 up now

juve and torino both drawing, roma 1 up , second halves just started.

11 minutes to go in italy and torino, juve and roma are all winning.

Wish I had left it with those 15 now :-0 , although I wouldn't have made the 500-1 criteria then i guess.

This weekend's attempt, Coral (who have annoyingly opened and office next door to my workplace) don't telll me the total payout for my £1 so it may not quite make the 500-1 criteria, anyway:

    Georgia v Ukraine: UKR
    Scotland v Lithuania: SCOT
    Malta v Turkey: Turk
    Moldova v Norway: Norway
    San Marino v Czech: Czech
    Slovakia v Ireland: Draw
    Croatia v Estonia: Croatia
    England v Israel: Eng
    Russia V MAcedonia: Russ
    Iceland v Spain: Spain
    Belarus v Romania: Rom
    Holland v Bulgaria: Holland
    Lux v Slovenia: Slov

    Hereford v Macclesfield: Hereford
    Salisbury v Rushden : Salisbury

probably around 200:1 ish I'd imagine.

Have done a few variations of this with Ireland winning, england drawing. Think the Ireland, England and Scotland games are some the hardest to pick as each of the has the potential to completely feck up at any time.

keeping forgetting that ladbrokes don't always tell you the total winnings on these slips but this weekend's shot at glory is:

    cfc v blackburn : chels
    derby v newcastle: geordies
everton v Man usa : Mancs
    City v Villa : draw
    portsmouth v pool : scousers
    Sunderland v reading : draw
    Spurs v Arse : Arse
    West ham v Boro: draw
    Wigan v Fulham : Draw
Celtic v Inverness : Inverness .... no not really.

probabaly in the 150-1 region £2 stake

to make life a little more interesting, and to keep me somewhat interested in obscure results for future trivia purposes I've also gone for:

    Chels v Blackburn: chels
    Everton v Man U : Mancs
    Portsmouth v Pool : Pool
    Totts v Arse: Arse
    Wigan v Fulham: Fulham
Sheff Utd v Wolves : Sheffield
    Celtic v Inv: Celts
    Bayern v Schalke : Bayern
    City v Villa ; Villa
    Inter v Catania: Inter
    juve v Udinese: Juve
    Sevilla v Recreativo : Sevila
    Osasuna v Barca : Barca
    Derby v Newc : Newc

    probably 230 ish to 1. £1 stake.

had a wee side bet on city, west ham and wigan to all draw @ 30-1.

Staying (mostly) away from championship and lower leagues this week as the feckers are entirely unpredictable. :-)
