Bioclear tanks ? running costs

I would welcome advice please. We have a bioclear septic tank, last cleaned out at a cost of €220 in April 2005. I have been told instead of expensive clean outs we can just have the waste suctioned off and refill the tank with a hose to save money ? The electricity costs of running the system worry me, the waste water is…

The electricity costs of running the system worry me, the waste water is pumped 50 metres uphill, the pump is constantly running which must cost a lot of money. Is it feasible to convert it to a straightforward septic tank or is it not worth the cost ?
