Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Depends on what PC you have
Depends on what you want to run

XP will probably be slower, if you don't have enough ram it will be signifigantly slower.

A bit of info on the PC and what you hope it to do would help.
Computer speeds go up by a factor of ten every five years, so if the machine was shipped with ME chances are it would WALK XP, not RUN it.

    What make / model

In help about - how much memory , free hard drive space , what processor PII or PIII ?
