What in the ****e is Lubnip?

Abou maybe 10 or so regulars here have references to it in their signatures. One guy with some mad old woman and "anti Lubnip" in it, another with some weird-ish looking young couple kissing, and a few others. What is it?:confused:

No, the first rule of LUBNiP is regularly talk about LUBNiP, then we can laugh when people ask about LUBNiP without bothering to look to see if there is anything in the wiki.
