ISP Dial Up Provider

I'm back in dial up country as have just moved house. Does anyone know of any Dial Up ISP provider who uses a standard STD number to access the internet e.g 01 2222222 as opposed to a lo-call number e.g 1890. Have Talktime from eircom so possibly some savings to be made here. Don't think I'll find one but if you know of…

perhaps unison if it still works http://iiu.taint.org/w/FreeDialupIsps, there POPS appear to be 01, 051 etc
Unable to confirm if this is still the case on the Unison website but taint.org gives the list of numbers, which might be still valid.
