    I'm currently in the Beta at the moment, and when I transfered over my character to the test realm I had 13 gold.

    Since that time I have played approximately 20 to 30 hours over a week and a half. I've sold one item, a nice caster dps ring for 12g and I've respeced twice.

    I currently have 159g on me. Thats with no professions and no farming.

    Where'd you get the info btw? I heard it before from guildees, but i've no idea where they found out. I'd like to read about TBC a bit more, info like this that isnt official but probably is true.

    Afaik 5k will be pretty easy to get. They're increasing the amount of gold you get by alot from quests etc...
