Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I've found them very reliable in all of my dealings. They'd be a very well-known and reputable internet (mostly) based company.

If you have any product related questions, they even have an interaction forum, here on boards.

I have found them very reliable for lots of PC parts.

However, I had one incident recently though on buying a large LCD where the item shipped on a Monday for a 3 day delivery and they were unable to tell me where it was for the whole week. It was a significant fee for using DHL and both parties blamed each other. It turned up unannounced one week later and subsequently got a half refund on the fee afterwards but a lot of time wasted hanging around the house for the delivery.

May have been better in hindsight to buy locally for dearer and know delivery time, but that depends on how you price your time!

Bought digital camera from them and 512 RAM, both arrived with no problems
Not overpriced, but not cheapest around

Bought a 19 inch Iiyama monitor recently - no problem with equipment, just slow on the delivery front, took twice as long as they said.

haven't bought televisions off them but found them to be reasonably solid for the things I needed off them, PC parts.
