basically all i want to know is are they any good and would it be worth it to move from eircom since its got a static ip which i need for free and is cheaper but i want to know about pings etc

on a side note your signature contains a syntax error
should be
$post_count++; }

also, is pings to irish sites what you are looking for or mostly uk/europe/international , not sure if clearwire have extensive peering over at inex
