Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

nokia e61 and tiff files

    if i'm in the wrong forum feel free to move this post

    the boss has a nokia E61 with blackberry connect installed to recieve his emails.

    any faxes that come in are scanned and emailed out to people. but when he tries to view the tiff attachment he gets an error saying unknown document format.

    I have installed a trial Resco photo viewer but still get the error.

    May I suggest using PDF files instead? Should be more universal, not to mention smaller than TIFF's.
