    Hi Folks,

Replaced my standard almera alloys with new black alloys. I was wondering if i wanted to repaint the standard ones from silver/grey to black what is involved?

    THanks

I'm intersted in this too, surely there are companies that restore wheels that have been curbed and scraped. Anyone know?

They need to be sandblasted then repainted and laquer'd

Colly try collins engineering in bray,*i think8 they'l sandblast

Not sure of the exact costs but the tyre would have to be taken off them rim for it to be done properly

i do believe there is somewhere in the country which will refurbish alloys properly, including powder coating them in most colours which is a lot tougher then paint, last time i heard it was 160e a wheel, but it is a professional job, i'll post if i can find out where they are, but i know it wasnt in dublin

160 euro a wheel! You could buy a new one for that!
