    Hi,

    Could anyone pls help me on how to distinguish b/w hand-printed and machine-printed scanned images usiing the COM library.

    There are many OCR libraries out there. You should probably give some more information tbh.

    What language are you using?
    Which COM library are you using?
    What exactly are you trying to do?

    IIRC there's a difference between Optical Character Recognition which is for printed text and ICR (Intellegent Character Recognition) which is for hand written text. But it's been quite a while since I worked with that kind of technology.
