Eircom connection problem

Hi All I am waiting on my Eircom modem to be delivered. In the meantime I want to connect using my own Conexant modem on my laptop. I have followed Eircom's instructions typing in the Primary and Secondary DNS numbers, but where do I type in the VPI and VCI numbers?? It's not connecting for me at all and I'm having to use…

Hi All

It's not connecting for me at all and I'm having to use the dial up!!
