Costs of using Telestunt with Perlico

I recently switched to Perlico's Freetalk Anytime package which gives unlimited anytime local & national calls. I'm looking at using Telestunt for my international calls (mainly US and UK). Does anyone know if the 1890 Telestunt number would be charged "free" as part of the Anytime package?

Most of the providers charge for non-geographic numbers such as 1890
