I know the trailer is on the internet now, but what about the prequel usually on the DVD? Has anyone seen it yet? I'm desperate to know about it.

I'm not quite honest, or know about the prequel on the DVD.
I'd assume it will be on the end of the season 5 DVD set.

Will we be getting a "Season 6 Premiere" DVD in Europe?

I have the other seasons on DVD but I cann't see any of the prequels for season 3 and 4, does anyone know if these are available?

    also
surely jack cann't feature in the prequel of Day 6?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,231 ✭✭✭✭Sparky

Hard to tell, Elmo. (in reference to the spoiler)

As far as the DVD for europe, I don't know either, but I doubt it would be a long/hard adventure to get the DVD set (ebay etc). Plus many people have hacked their DVD player to play region 1.

OK now, lets not start an argument.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 23,641 ✭✭✭✭Elmo

I think there is an over enphasis on Jack surely we know that jack is being tortured, surely China wants to know more then if Hang or Lee is a Traitor, surely as an audience we want to know what Plamer is doing in the White house and how the bombs started to go off, surely that would be a better prequel. Surely this was just an add for the RAV 4

But a good intro into Day 6. Come on Jan 2007 :D

Not exactly but I have been down this road many times. I stop it before it starts into a battle where each one of you endlessly quote each other.

Yes but aren't you just falling into the trap where the endless question your statements and quote you, and then you quote them. :( did you think this through?

If you haven't see day 5 then don't uncover the spoiler :)

Yeah it's really just an ad for the rav4. I'd actually nearly be inclined to think that this is a spoof and not in fact real.

Like the way the rav just reverses so easily and how it grips the ground so well. I just want one. I have its bigger brother, but man does it look cool. Plus if I piss into the wind more often, I may get Jacks signature on one of the seats.

    On another note:
Elmo. I have the power to lock, thus ending said conversation. :P

Was kinda hoping hoping Jack was saving his anger up for seven months, and was about to unload some whoopass on their yellow behinds...Oh well, just a couple more weeks.

thought it was very predictable and not really any value added, shame, Was on a high of just seeing the final episode of season 5 and it did not live up to expectations, 10 minutes me arse, 4/5 more like when you exclude the re-run of end of season 5
    cmom day 6

Agreed - the flashback wasted much of the time and the only major thing in the season 6 prequel was the car chase. As has been mentioned already it was nearly more a Toyota ad than a 24 prequel.

Still can't wait for day 6, though :D
