compressing video to 100kb

folks, am trying to compress some video footage I have down to around 100kb. I know that's fairly tiny, but it's the standard size for MMS video clips which one can send to mobile phones. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this? have tried using the export to 3g function on final cut, but it's still giving me file…

folks,

am trying to compress some video footage I have down to around 100kb. I know that's fairly tiny, but it's the standard size for MMS video clips which one can send to mobile phones. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this? have tried using the export to 3g function on final cut, but it's still giving me file sizes around 300kb, which is a little too high. am I better off exporting from mpeg to a lower quality format and then trying to re-export?
