    Ok,
I moved into this (Newly built) apartment this time last year approx.
The only vent in the entire (2 bed) apt is the one the gas boiler uses.
We have noticed mould in most of the other rooms.
Am I right in thinking there should be vents in ALL the rooms or is there ANY reason the builders would'nt have had to do this?

    B

I don't know what the building regs are, but I was under the impression that every room has to have a vent in newly built houses/apartments.

There may be trickle vents on the window frames that you have not noticed.

I assume the apartment is Gas?
I would have expected vents in most rooms, though maybe there are trickle vents in the windows...
    I'd get a CO2 alarm anyway.
Just got one myself in B&Q after the recent spate of deaths (and that UK family on holidays)
€55 in B&Q and it doubles as a smoke alarm.
