    Have to do an essay on the Irish 1798 Rebellion...anyone know any good websites/books on it?

    There are lots of books and pamphlets on '98.

    Marianne Elliot did a good biography of Wolfe Tone a while back with lots of references. That could be a good place to start.

    If you are in town drop into Connolly Books in Bloom Way, near the new bridge at Bachelors Walk. They have some pamphlets produced during the Bicentenary year.

    Thanks. This is really hard...I'm doing one of the essays on a battle so that shouldn't be too hard. Just an account of it I think but I have to do at least 2A4 pages.
