    Peats do it, although ring before hand as they are usually out of stock. Their price isn't too bad either, what you'd pay for it with shipping anyway.

    You can get it anywhere online, its best to throw it onto an order for hardware as there won't be any extra shipping cost that way.

    A great place i've found for it is easypckits.com, if you're into lapping you can get a kit off him and throw in some AS5, and he ships it for next to nothing as its all in US$.
