Inspiron 1300 - Upgrade Hard Drive?

Just wondering what the story is if I wanted to upgrade the hard drive in my Inspiron 1300?
I have 40gb - ideally I'd like to upgrade to around 160 or so, so what I'm after (I presume) is a 160gb 2.5" IDE laptop hard drive?

Would there be any problem just taking this apart and shoving it in:?

Which is infact IDE.

I've taken apart the HD in my Inspiron and it seems to just slot into a case, but I'm just wondering will there be size issues?
Lastly, anywhere other than ebay that i'll get something cheap?

Should be straight forward enough. You can pick up an external USB one from Komplett as you have one external one posted, they also have 2.5" IDE drives that should do the trick for you.
