    BT, once Tarred - forever Tarnished. ! (or a leopard never changes its spots) ?
    The problems never seem to go away. ! Will they ever. ?
    I'm having continuous billing problems. Wrong amounts, charged for 3Mb which I have never had, and letters of demand to pay my account, although I am on a 'repayment plan'. ! Also some two monthly bills seem to have gone AWOL. ! I Will receive a bill for the two month period, but then next period the previous period disappears. !
    Anybody else experiencing the same as me ? :mad:
