Best TV laptop

I was thinkin about getting a new laptop and also thinkin about getting a TV for my room so I reckon I'm probably best off getting a laptop with a TV card and good 17" screen.

My first question is would I be able to connect a games console to it? What kind of input do the TV cards normally have, just coax or composite as well?

I'd prefer not to spend more than €1500. Is this a realistic budget for what I want? Any recommendations welcome!

Bar the Aldi (or is it LIDL?) laptop, I don't know of too many that have a TV-tuner built in.

As for connecting a games console, I believe there may be a bit of a delay with the picture (there is with my USB TV tuner card) which renders console game playing impossible. AFAIK, only PCI TV tuner cards don't have a delay (could be corrected on this one).

Anybody have any comments on this system? It has an AV in minijack which I hope I'll be able to connect my xbox to, and since the card is built in I hope there won't be any of the above mentioned delay issues.
