Fiat Bravo JTD question

I'm thinking of getting a Fiat Bravo JTD van. I found one I like with 65000 miles for about €4000. When I lifted the bonnet it said TD (turbo diesel I know) soft. What does the soft mean? It also said 75 on the side of the car I presume this is refering to HP? Also can anyone tell me when these are usually due a timing…

JTD engine is 105bhp. that one is 75bhp and isn't JTD.

€4,000 is way too much by the way.

SOFT the injection system I think.
