Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

To and from the Premiership, or in general?

Akinbiyi was with Stoke and or Leicester in the last few seasons, so I doubt its him.

I'm sure I've asked this one before, but does anyone know the player to have played in all four divisions of the English league, and in Europe... all with the same club?

Sean Davis at Fulham? I know he played in all four divisions but I don't remember them being in Europe.

Alan Cork of Wimbledon I'd guess..

Not sure if he ever played in Europe though...

my friend and i were thinking of a player who has played for the most premiership sides.

we came up with andrew cole with 6:

    Newcastle
    Manchester United
    Blackburn Rovers
    Fulham
    Manchestrer City
    Portsmouth

he also made a sub apperance for arsenal in 1990 - but hat was the old first division i think...

can anyone think of some with the same or more?

It's got to be a Wimbledon player, my guess Keith Curle.

Wimbledon never got to play in Europe because English clubs were banned when they won the FA cup.

Sorry - just checked - they did play in the Inter Toto in 1995

Actually i think that Stan Collymore has played for 7 premiership clubs..

    C. Palace
    N. Forest
    Liverpool
    A. Villa
    Fulham
    Leicester
    Bradford

Palace weren't in the Premiership when he played for them (it was before the Premiership).

I think Carlton Palmer played for (and was sent off for) at least 5.

    Teddy Sheringham

Millwall (when it was the First Divison)
    Notts Forest
    Spurs (twice)
    ManU
    Portsmouth
    West Ham
