    Hi,

Does anyone use the free web space offered by BT?

"Customers are given 100 MB of webspace

You can register for webspace by going to the following web address http://register.iol.ie/webspace If you experience any difficulties registering, please contact our Technical Support Department."

I have registered an email address using that link, but would like to know the best way to go about setting up a web site using the free 100MB.

    Does anyone have any ideas?

    Kevin

This is not really a broadband issue but to answer you're question, your site address will be something along the lines of:

    www.iol.ie/~<your-username>

You then just have to ftp html files/images to the public_html folder at myhome.iol.ie using your username and password given to you by BT.

If you want to know how to build a website then I suggest looking under web and programming section here.
