Great Cookbook

    Hi everyone,

    I was just looking in the other forums at a post about best cookbooks and remembered a great vegetarian cookbook I have at home. I decided to post it here because the other post was really long and I didn't know that anyone would bother reading down!

    It is called "From the Earth" by Eileen Yin Fei Lo. It has lovely Chinese vegetarian recipes, really simple but good. The aubergine ones are great. She has a tiny fish section, because I think she is a vegetarian for Buddhist reasons and apparently they can eat some fish. I picked the book up second hand in Galway, and assumed it was an obscure "last copy on the face of the earth" type book, but I think it is actually more widely available than I first thought.
