eircom, new prices, credited?

I'm on the Home Starter 2Mbit package that was 39.99 before, now it's down to 29.99. The right price is on the new invoice, but I haven't got credited for the month from the last invoice when they charged me 39.99, seeing they changed the pricing in the middle of that invoice. Anyone else not having been credited?

you wonrt get credited for that since your billing was due on that invoice before the price cut.

Also, you are entitled to any reduction to begin with, and it is a gesture on the part of eircom ( contractually speaking )
