Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All,

    I'm trying to create a signature for emails with Outlook. I want to incorporate the company logo in this sig. But when I click 'Advanced Edit' in the signature edit box, Notepad opens. Notepad is unable to handle image files. How do I change this? I've checked this on the Microsoft site (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA011246501033.aspx) Its at step 7 where Notepad opens instead of word. This is wrecking my head!!! Any suggestions..............?

    Note : selecting Tools>Options>Mail Format and checking the box for Word has no bearing on the editor used for signatures.

    :confused::confused::confused::confused:

    If your default format for new messages is set to plain text, it'll open notepad instead of Word.

    Go to Tools > Options > Mail Format

    Change "Compose in this message format" to HTML or Rich Text and click Apply.
