    Hey,
    I am new to playing PES on line - have just started to play PES 6 on line.
    Who does the who rating system?
    pesrankings.com?
    What do the points mean?
    Which division is better?

    Konami and Pesfan run that, you enter in your results yourself.

    You can run your own compo online and offline and enter the results there.

    Nope in game only, afaik theres no way to grab them off the server.
