Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Dell Quicksnap Covers

    Hi,

    I'm looking to buy a Quicksnap cover for my Dell 6000 series - but I cant seem to find them anywhere online (for sale on their own, without having to buy them with a laptop). In particual I'm looking for a carbon fiber cover, since my laptops taken a bit of abuse lately and is looking a bit worse for wear.

    Does anybody know of any website (there doesn't seem to be any option to buy it standalone on the dell (ireland) website) which sells these?

    After calling Dell they're selling them for €54 including VAT and delivery, but don't have any Carbon Fiber in stock. I think I'll keep looking on eBay for awhile, it seems a bit expensive.

    Yeah expected them to be a bit on the steep side. I've just put a QPark clamping notice on the top of my laptop, really stylish and gets a few funny looks in board meetings :p

    Do the snap on covers also fit the 5150?

    I ended up buying one from the US on eBay today, came in at $30 with shipping and handling. Not sure if you can get them for the 5150 though.
