Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I see Boots are selling a Home Laser hair removal kit. Has anyone bought or used this? Is it any good? I think it's about €150 - which would save tonnes of money on Laser clinics.

put it this way, a course of laser treatments in a clinic runs into a couple of grand, so I cant see how a 150euro unit that Boots are willing to let the public loose on is going to do much good! They will be ****ting anyone doing damage to themselves at home so aren't going to sell a very strong machine. I'm a trained Beauty Therapist and know for a fact that the machines used in clinics are about 70 grand. If you have an area you'd like lasered i would go to a reputable clinic instead, see it as paying for a lifetime of waxing upfront! :)

erm for the sake of saving at least 750 euros i'd rather pay a clinic than laser half my face off.

I recently bought a home electrolysis kit from ebay for about €20 - feels like a cheap bit of plastic and is really tough to use initially but once you get the hang of it, it's the business:) Wouldn't use anything cheap on my face though
