just wondering if any of ye have experience with polling groups, such as TNS MRBI. It might be an interesting career!

I'm not entirely sure what a working day would be like in that sector though At the core of it I would think that you take calls from people looking to commission you to carry out a poll, you write the questions, send people out to ask them, and then report back with the results. Is that the routine day-in-day-out?

Anyone got a clue of what qualifications or experience would be required in order to get into that area? Politics degree? Statistics? Would History or Computer Science be at all useful?
