Eircom BB slow @ Limerick hop,anyone else?

    My eircom 3MB line suffers major slowdown at peak times the past 6 weeks or so.
    Constantly ringing them about it.
    Pings are excellent during the day but crap in the evenings at peak time.
    Ive noticed from tracerts im getting slowdown at Limerick hop as im routed through Limerick,im in Monasterevin Co.Kildare.
    Anyone else routed through Limerick with same issue?
