Cancelling NTL digital

After trying 4 times to get an engineer out to replace the box, enough is enough i want to cancel NTL, looking at the very scant details that they provide, it seems that you have to give 30 days notice in writing to a PO box :mad: , besides registering the letter to ensure that they get it, does anyone know if there any…
