Sorry, I think I phrased my question wrong, I know IMRO issue the licences but was wondering does it include payments for the webstream specifically, seperate to broadcasting on fm, is there provision in the licence that phantom has a webstream, do you have to pay extra to be allowed stream or is all jsut included?

Streaming is a seperate fee to the one paid for the FM broadcasts. So yep, you have to pay extra to be allowed to stream your output online.
