citronella stench

I had an infestation of spiders in my room, and to get rid of them, I dabbed citronella on all the window sills and around the sink. Now, however, EVERYTHING I own absolutely STINKS of citronella, and it's making me feel sick! I have moved house, so my belongings aren't being contaminated any more, but all my clothes still…

I have moved house, so my belongings aren't being contaminated any more, but all my clothes still reek of it. I have washed all my clothes 3 times using loads of detergent, but it still won't get rid of the smell. Does anyone know how I can make it go away?
