clock in bargain alerts

i think there is something wrong with the clock in bargain alerts, it needs to be put back one hour, i posted in the freebie thread at 4:25 but it shows up as 5:25 and i was there a second ago and a post showed the post time of 6:42 even though it was 5:47. its not my comp. as the time is fine in other forums

The time isn't specific to each forum, it's the same throughout the site. It's fine for me, it's displaying the correct time at the bottom of the page.
